Who we are

KeepRight Accounting Limited is the data controller for the personal information you give us, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How we use your information

We use personal information to provide the services you engage us for, to meet our legal duties (including anti-money laundering identity checks and record keeping), and to keep in touch with you about your work.

We share it only where the work needs it, for example with HMRC and Companies House, and with the identity-checking and software providers we use, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for seven years after our work for you ends. Identity check records are kept for five years after the business relationship ends, as anti-money laundering rules require. After that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we hold about you and to have it corrected, and in some cases to have it deleted or to object to its use. To use these rights, or to raise a concern, contact us. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it does not load content from other websites. Like most websites, our web host keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
